Career Services
Career development is sometimes also referred to as
employee development, or even human capital development and is generally
directed towards current agency employees. Career development is designed to help current employees

training and assistance for agency HR and Training specialists to improve

- Career
exploration (including assessment instruments if desired)

and preparing for opportunities
- Résumés
and applications (including automated application systems)
- Interviewing
